Before we’ve finished processing the new Wonder Woman – Lynda Carter has already weighed in:
“I think she looks fabulous. It’s a new look and, jeez, her body looks fantastic.
“I’m sure there will be people who say she looks better than me and like her better than me – and that’s also fine. I want this story to be told again. I’m really excited. I can’t wait to see it.”
For NBC’s sake I hope this is merely an out of town tryout of the costume, because it looks not unlike a cheesy Cosplay version of a wonder woman costume! The bracelets are serviceable, but not especially awe-inspiring! The boots are a total hot mess! I question Wonder Woman’s ability to be taken seriously as a crime fighter in this vegas-y get up. As an aside, I really wish superheroes would rethink that awful royal blue. It doesn’t do anyone any favors. It’s a really hideous color. Does that make me a bad person?

That said, they’ve made her breasts look pornstar fake.
It looks like a lot of vinyl was involved in the making of this costume. But, at least she’s wearing pants; I wondered if they were going to stick her in the wonder woman underoos. And is it just me or does Palicki look a bit like Mandy Moore here?
That “tiara” looks like something you get at a Ren Faire facepainting booth.
Sister needs a roller set. That hair has got to be longer and much, much bigger.
I totally agree; that hair is lacking wonder.
Also: that bustier makes me think “Wonderbra Woman.” Couldn’t they have found someone who was actually buxom, rather than go the Victoria’s Secret route?
I hope there will be no wardrobe malfunction.
She looks like she’ll spill out any moment, which is not good for someone who should be running and punching, and I agree, it looks like someone skinned the booths of a diner and sewed it together pretty ok, except for that big seam down the crotch.
I think you’re right in wanting to retire that color for awhile!
she looks very Mandy Moore @hsofia. Mandy Moore starring a XXX WonderWoman parody…I guess that means I am watching. I didn’t notice the seam in the crotch until I read the comment and now it is distracting.

If she can survive being strapped to a giant vibrator, I don’t think those pants will bother her too much.
