Charlie Sheen’s Mouth Finally Writes a Check His Ass Can’t Cash

February 24, 2011

Over the last week or so terminal tabby fodder Charlie Sheen and 2 1/2 Men creator Chuck Lorre have been taking swipes at each other in the press. Charlie Sheen threw the latest punch in their verbal cage match unleashing a blistering, rambling anti-semitic verbal tirade against Chuck Lorre (who Sheen referred to as “Chaim Levine”) that made even Mel Gibson say, Dude you need to ease up on those coke suitcase shipments.

I embarrassed him in front of his children and the world by healing at a pace that this un-evolved mind cannot process. I’ve spent, I think, close to the last decade I don’t know effortlessly and magically converted your tin can into pure gold. And the gratitude I get is this charlatan chose not to do his job, which is to write.

But Lorre might have the last laugh, as word comes that CBS has finally stood up to Sheen and ordered the production shut down.

Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of Two and a Half Men for the remainder of the season.

I think Charlie Sheen is what Gary Busey would have been had he not bumped his head.

I don’t think Martin or Emilo can help him with this one. He’s on his own.

Maybe Joe will come to his rescue.

“Based on the totality ….” I love it. Bye, Bye, Charlie! It is too bad you didn’t stay clean, but whatevs.

Still, given the volume of bad behavior, CBS basically sent Sheen to bed without dessert.

discontinuing for the remainder of the season – is that like ‘suspended with pay’?

it’s just a break not a break up. Perhaps there will be time for a Men at Work sequel before they kiss and make up

If the name Ben Elton means anything to you, you might find parallels in this item.
